Wes Dearbaugh
Chairman/CEO
Wes is an executive experienced in building value by consolidating fragmented industries. He has completed over 30 acquisitions and managed the long-term integration and growth of the combined companies. Prior to Corporate Technology Solutions, Wes was President and Chief Operating Officer of FinishMaster, a publicly traded distributor of automotive paint and body shop supplies. While at FinishMaster, Wes completed over 20 acquisitions of small businesses and built a unified company with over $350 million in revenues. Wes was also President of ATC Distribution Group where he led the organization through several acquisitions to become North America’s largest transmission parts distributor.
Brian Rhynas, RCDD

With over 17 years of experience in the industry Founder and President of CTS, Brian’s extensive background in engineering and project implementation gives all our customers a quality of work that far exceeds that of our competitors. Brian is a “RCDD” (Registered Communication Distribution Designer) the most highly regarded design certification in the telecommunication industry.
J. Scott Tubbs
Vice President
Scott brings to CTS extensive knowledge in project management, process development, customer service and implementation. Scott is a former business owner of Gold Top Management Group, a high end musical equipment retail store in southern California, and he later served as Executive Vice President of NetCom Management Group, a multi-million dollar telecommunications contractor in the southwest.

All of our field technicians and project managers are trained that “Safety Comes First”. We keep current with local, state and federal codes and regulations for safety. All of our Project Managers receive a project binder with a section dedicated to safety procedures and report to “CTS” senior management all recordable incidents. In addition, daily safety reports are filled for all “CTS projects.
